I was really looking forward to receiving The Gazette – Beautiful Deformity (1st Press), but unfortunately the package was never delivered.
It was returned to Japan because the required electronic customs data was not submitted correctly by the postal operator on the sender’s side. As a result, the shipment never entered the distribution system in Bulgaria.
The communication with Ongaku Express has been polite and responsive, and I hope they are arranging a new shipment. I’m mentioning this issue only so that other international customers are aware and to ensure that future packages include the proper customs pre-advice information.
I still look forward to receiving the album once it is sent again.
